Inspired by the golf course in Istanbul where he had spent many years playing, Mustafa V. Koç dreamed of creating a warm and intimate atmosphere where people could feel at home. To bring this vision to life, he began the project, aiming to create that beautiful and peaceful environment with every step he took.

GOLF COURSE
Stretching along the Riva River, the nine-hole golf course was designed by renowned golf course architect David Jones. Originally from Ireland, David Jones was a close friend of Mustafa V. Koç. With a strong international reputation in the golf world, David Jones has designed several prestigious golf courses both in Türkiye and globally. His redesign of the Killarney Golf & Fishing Club in Ireland earned him significant acclaim, and his recent work on the bunkers at Wentworth Golf Course in London further established his reputation.

been
designed
with
respect
for
nature
and
incorporates
numerous
features
aimed
at
preserving
the
environmental
balance.
The
water
needs
of
the
course
are
met
using
an
eco-friendly
approach,
with
lakes
on
the
course
serving
as
water
reservoirs.
An
advanced
drainage
system
has
been
installed
to
collect
rainwater,
which
is
then
stored
in
these
lakes,
allowing
for
efficient
use
of
water
resources.
The
design
strategy
for
the
project
adheres
to
a
meticulous
environmental
approach,
minimizing
the
use
of
natural
resources.
Multiple
tee
options
have
been
provided
for
each
hole,
ensuring
that
players
of
all
skill
levels
can
have
a
personalized
experience.
Greens and tees are constructed to the highest standards of golf course construction, in accordance with USGA (United States Golf Association) guidelines. The average size of the greens is 550 m². To maintain optimal playing conditions throughout the year, the groundskeeping team utilizes a new fleet of state-of-the-art groundskeeping machines. Overseeding is performed before the winter season to preserve the course’s condition during colder months.

TRACKMAN RANGE® DRIVING RANGE
The only golf course in Istanbul with a Driving Range simulation system. Only two golf courses in Türkiye are equipped with this system.
Golfers of all levels can use this system to access real-time data on shot distance, speed, and other metrics.
Additionally, the system offers golf simulation experiences at courses worldwide, including the Mustafa V. Koç Golf Course.
TRACKMAN SIMULATOR ROOM
In collaboration with professional golf instructors, this simulation system transforms every player’s game profile into data. Players can track their development in real-time through the TrackMan Simulator.
